Clean Room Ceiling Grid
Type 1: FFU ceiling grid system
The FFU grid is actually a modular clean room ceiling grid system, designed according to the characteristics of clean workshops, making it easy to install, easy to disassemble, and reusable.
FFU (Fan Filter Unit) is a combination of a fan and a filter, also known as a "built-in fan filtration device". FFU is usually installed at the air supply end of the clean room and is usually placed on a suspended sealing keel frame. The upper part of the FFU is the fan module, and the lower part is the filter. According to the requirements of cleanliness, filters can be of different levels of high-efficiency (HEPA) or ultra-high-efficiency (ULPA) filters to provide clean air for the clean room.
The fan module not only needs to overcome the resistance of the FFU lower high-efficiency filter, but also needs to overcome the resistance of all channel components of the entire circulating air, in order to maintain the operating wind speed.

The FFU system has the characteristics of simple design and construction, flexible wind speed regulation, and easy modification of clean areas, making it one of the popular systems in industrial clean rooms. The FFU laminar air supply unit module can be connected for use, making it widely used in clean rooms, clean workbenches, clean production lines, assembled clean rooms, and laminar flow hoods. FFU is equipped with an initial and efficient bipolar filter screen. The fan sucks in air from the top of the FFU and passes it through the primary and FFU high-efficiency filters. The filtered clean air is uniformly sent out at a wind speed of 0.45m/s ± 20% on the entire air outlet surface.

Due to the convenience of assembly and maintenance, the FFU clean room ceiling grid system in the clean room is currently widely used. In addition to considering the strength of FFU and lamp installation, it also needs to maintain good airtightness in terms of performance, as well as maintenance of the upper pipeline equipment in the future.

A stronger system can be selected for heavy loading in some certain area or apply a reinforcement design based on indoor requirement. The design of the joint allows for the installation of fire sprinkler heads and power lines to ensure its airtightness.
The FFU clean room ceiling grid system is suitable for local laminar flow systems, FFU systems, and air purification systems of different cleanliness levels.

FFU clean room ceiling grid system characteristics:

Type 2: non-walkable ceiling

Non walkable ceiling is using machine made sandwich panel as ceiling panel, fixed by 100 T alum. and same by a hanger rod to fasten to the steel structure roofing frame or concrete roof. When machine made panel as ceiling, the panel length is better to control under 4 meter.

Type 3: walkable ceiling
​
Walkable ceiling is designed for the construction or maintenance of filters, lighting fixtures or other clean room equipment up of the ceiling panels. It will use handmade sandwich panel as it is much stronger than machine made panels, and fixed by a specific ceiling hang and connected to the roofing by the hanger rod.

Re: Standard length is 6 m, we can cut based on your requirement in factory before shipment.

Re: It is packed by the plastic film by per 10 pcs or 20 pcs, then put into container by packages. Or you can require a wooden case.
3. If possible to cut the holes on ceiling panel in factory for light fixtures installation?

4. What is the minimal quantity for the ceiling grid and other alum. accessories?
Re: For alum. profiles, we have regular stock here, so MOQ of 1 pcs is acceptable.
