What are the quality problems you have encountered for sandwich panel ?

I believe some of you have the experience of buying sandwich panel and faced the quality problems as the above pics. Except the wrong handling when you unload the sandwich panels, another main problem is the bad glue adhesiveness between core insulation materials and the metal sheet skin. This is the quality problem not good controlled during production and inspection.
